John is the real deal. Didn’t even flinch when our anxiety-in-overdrive, reactive, barking 200-lb. Mastiff decided to guard our living room. John has this incredible calm about him that dogs seem to pick up on. We did an deep-dive background review and John provided us with a thoughtful, in-depth report/plan we’re excited to get started on. Also had some incredible insights. He taught us to read some of the more subtle signals and “tells” our wrinkly monster exhibited. John is extremely knowledgeable about animal behavior, and I love that he loves animals so much. We are looking forward to working with him!!!
