Dog training prices in Ball Ground should be clear before you even contact me. You’ll find straightforward pricing for each of Peanut’s Pet Care’s training services below, so you can explore your options without wondering what you’ll ultimately be asked to pay.
Every new client also starts with a free phone consultation. After you reach out, I’ll contact you to schedule a time to talk. These conversations typically last around 30 minutes, although I’ll take the time we need to discuss your dog’s background, what’s going on, what you’d like to accomplish, and how I would approach the training.
If we decide to schedule a session, you’ll receive a detailed intake form that I’ll review before we meet. That allows me to learn even more about you and your dog, prepare for our session, and make the most of our time together from the start.
Private Training
One-on-one training tailored to you, your dog, and the skills that matter most in your everyday life. Private training gives us the flexibility to focus on your individual goals and move at a pace that makes sense for you and your dog.

On-Property Training
$125 | 1-hour session
$350 | Package of 3 sessions
Mobile Training
$150 | Up to approximately 15 minutes away
$175 | Up to approximately 30 minutes away
Mobile training is offered on a limited basis depending on location and availability.
Private Basic Obedience Program
$400 | 4 Weeks
A structured four-week private program covering foundational obedience skills including sit, down, stay, place, loose-leash walking, and recall. You’ll receive individualized instruction while moving at a pace tailored to you and your dog.

Group Classes
Learn alongside other dog-and-owner teams while building practical obedience skills in a structured environment with real-world distractions. Classes are kept small so every team receives individual attention and coaching throughout the course.
Basic Obedience Group Class
$200 | 5-Week Course
Five weeks of in-person training covering foundational skills including sit, down, stay, place, loose-leash walking, recall, engagement, and basic manners around distractions.
Classes are held at our Ball Ground training property and limited to a maximum of six dogs.
Rescue Adoption Discount
Dogs adopted from a recognized shelter or rescue organization within the past six months are eligible for $25 off their first Basic Obedience Group Class, bringing the course price to $175. Eligibility requirements apply.
VIEW CLASS DETAILS & REGISTRATION
Behavior Modification
Individualized training for dogs experiencing reactivity, fear, anxiety, resource guarding, excessive barking, and other behavioral concerns. Rather than focusing only on the behavior itself, we’ll work to understand what’s contributing to it and develop a practical plan tailored to your dog, your goals, and the situations you’re experiencing.

Because environment can play an important role in behavior, we’ll determine the most appropriate training location based on your dog and the challenges you’re experiencing. In some cases, working where the behavior actually occurs may give us the best opportunity to understand and address it.

Puppy Training
Private training designed to help you build a strong foundation from the beginning. Sessions can focus on foundational obedience, biting and mouthing, jumping, leash skills, recall, crate and house-training routines, handling, socialization, confidence building, and other common puppy challenges.

Where we train may depend on your puppy’s age and vaccination status. Training can begin early, and we’ll work within your veterinarian’s recommendations while helping you make the most of this important stage of your puppy’s development. If your puppy isn’t ready to train at our property yet, we can discuss other appropriate training options during your free phone consultation.
